1 pound beef sirloin, cut into 1 ½ inch pieces.
1 sweet onion, bell pepper and 2 medium tomatoes. Of course you can add others like mushrooms or squash
Marinade:
1 cup french salad dressing,
½ cup Worcestershire
Sauce
½ TSP Salt
½ TSP Black Pepper
Mix marinade ingredients together . Place meat in a glass bowl or plastic bag and pour ½ of the mixture over meat. Marinate 24 to 48 hours in the refrigerator. Reserve left over marinade for basting.
Skewer meat and cut veggies veggies randomly and baste. Place on medium hot grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes depending on desired doneness. Turn skewers every 3 minutes and baste. Remove from heat, let stand for 5 minutes.
Serve with rice.
