Smoked Salmon
Ingrediants:

½ pound salmon filet      per person

Dry White Wine

Fresh Lemons
Directions:

Marinate salmon in white wine 1-2 hours

Prepare charcoal smoker with charcoal and about 1/3 pan of water, and light fire about 1 ½ hours before meal time.

Place salmon on the grate of the smoker, skin side down and squeeze fresh lemon juice onto the fish.

Place the lid on the smoker and cook for 1 hour. Add wood chips after thirty minutes.

Remove and serve
This is a very simple but delicious recipe.

Tips:

Use regular charcoal, not match light.

Do not use starter fluid
