Hot Cookin’ on a Live Grill
Ingredients:

(8) Chicken Wings


Wing Sauce
1/3 Cup Hot Sauce
2 TBS Margarine
2 TBS Teriyaki Marinade
1 TBS Honey
Instructions:

Cut wings at joints, discard tips. Wash, pat dry. Light apply with black pepper. Place wings on a medium hot grill and flip every five minutes until done and crispy. For mild, baste once and cook a couple of minutes. For medium, repeat. For Hot, do it again. Wet & Hot, Put the  crispy wings in the pan and pour the wing sauce over them and lightly toss to coat. Serve immediately.

Important

Use Louisiana cayenne pepper sauce.  

Tabasco or Texas Pete won’t work for this recipe.
