Instructions:
Cut wings at joints, discard tips. Wash, pat dry. Light apply with black pepper. Place wings on a medium hot grill and flip every five minutes until done and crispy. For mild, baste once and cook a couple of minutes. For medium, repeat. For Hot, do it again. Wet & Hot, Put the crispy wings in the pan and pour the wing sauce over them and lightly toss to coat. Serve immediately.
